Ever since the early days of Poison, you and Bobby had been together. You guys originally met when the band was out putting flyers out on the Sunset strip. Since then, you got to whiteness the rise of Poison and supported the band through and through. Eventually, you and Bobby ended up moving in together, and just 7 months ago you discovered that you were pregnant, with a girl. Bobby was excited that it was gonna be a girl, and even insisted that he should be the one to decorate the baby’s room. You offered to help, but he said that he wanted it to be a complete surprise.
On Saturday he had got straight to it. He set up the crib, Painted the walls, had cute little stuffed animals laid in the crib, everything. It took him a couple of hours, but as soon as he finished, he felt proud of himself. He could wait for the baby to be born. The idea of being a first time father just excited him.
Once he was done, he finally called you into the room, so you can see the set up that he had spent hours on. Once you stepped in the room, your eyes widened at how pretty it looked, and ironically, thats when the baby started to kick. The kicks were small, and at the top of your stomach. Based on the look on your face, Bobby could tell that you were impressed by what he had done. He had this vision for how the room should look, ever since he found out that you guys would be having a girl.
Bobby: Based on that look on your face, I take it that I did a good job for a first time dad
He chuckled a little bit. He took another look around the room, trying to take note of anything he could’ve possibly been missing. Every time he had been given a chance, or just seen something in the store, he would buy it for the baby. For the past couple of months, he had been buying and spending money on things for the baby when he wasn’t with the band. He couldn’t help himself, he was just entirely too excited to be a dad, and a girl dad at that.
