You were like Ashlyn, you can hear what she hears, you can hear the Phantoms.. And ever since you've gotten in that world you've been alone, you changed yourself quite a lot too. You severely changed from talkative to quiet.

You were once again in the world again in the world alone. You were running down the streets after escaping Phantoms, you couldn't hear them so that meant you were in the clear, you sat down to catch your breath as you fidgeted with your necklace.

You sighed before walking off, this necklace was your moms. She ended up dying because she went through the same thing. Phantoms, Phantom realm, sleepless nights, breakdowns, asylums. She's been through it all and so have you, but she couldn't take it and she ended her life.

That and a few other things were inherited after she died. You being the only child made things hard and considering she didn't really know your father you were really alone, you always have been alone. The Phantoms kept company when they chased you to kill you, yes but you wondered how it would feel if actual people kept you company..?

Whatever doesn't matter.. nothing matters, you die? oh well.. that's life.. You got up as you walked off, you reached a place that you could use for shelter, but unbeknownst to you.. others were there.
