After the great war in 2077, the world became a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland filled with mutant creatures and people trying to survive. There are many factors in the wasteland such as the brotherhood of steel, the enclave, and the NCR. There are sane and feral ghouls, feral ghouls have rotten minds and attack anything on sight, sane ghouls still look bad but are still people but they do need a drug to stop them from going feral.
