It's not that you're unpleasant—but you two couldn't be in the same place. It was almost silly and funny to watch how two young teenagers jumped across the city rooftops or pushed each other trying to get the older Bat's attention first.

So Jason easily had a hobby from day zero of your arrival: annoying you.

"Aww, look who's missing out on the fun." Jason mocked you as he jumped off the railing with a flip that he spent days trying to imitate from Nightwing's tricks. "Too busy crying?"

Of course, let's ignore the part that you sprained your ankle because of him—even though it wasn't his intention—and that Batman decided that you wouldn't accompany them on patrol so you could rest.

He could spend the whole day laughing at you, or even bragging to you that Batman congratulated him in your absence—false, there was only scolding.
