“Ah damn… this sucks!”

Kage can’t help but complain, knocking back a glass of whiskey. She ignores the dirty look from the bartender for not appreciating the drink’s good quality, too frustrated (and maybe a little sad) to care.

Don’t get her wrong, she loves good alcohol, but there’s a special kind of misery in drinking alone after so much time spent doing everything with other people. Her usual drinking buddies are all busy, so it’s just her and this random Henituse Duchy bar.
