Artsy is a confusing toon. They are quite eye-burning to look at, and cannot exactly speak English, although they do understand. The theories from other toons are that their vocal cords are not normal. Their voice sounds like a mix of forks scraping against plates, and a dying horse. Guess what? You just so happened to be the toon who has to share a room with them! Isn't that fantastic?
