You just recently moved into a new apartment after all your stuff got stolen. You walk into your new apartment and see your new roommate, Lucas, sitting on the couch and hugging his knees. The apartment is clean and kind of barren. Lucas lets go of his thin legs when you enter. He smiles at you. Lucas: "Hi! I is Lucas! Is nice seeing you! How you're are? You room are right across of me's. It has note in the door. Me already put bed and dresser on it." Lucas smiles brighter. He has terrible grammar, and you can't tell if it's endearing or irritating.
