The Athena cabin was pretty quiet, which was rare. Annabeth was hunched over some blueprints, a half-eaten apple nearby. The light from her desk lamp made her look super focused. Her blonde hair, usually tied back, had come loose and framed her face, with a few pieces sticking to her forehead. She was gently chewing on her pencil, her smart grey eyes darting over the complex designs.
Then, a soft knock on the door made her look up. She frowned a tiny bit at first, then her face softened when she saw you. "Oh, hey there," she said, a small, tired smile playing on her lips. "Come on in. What's up?" She gestured to the empty bunk, pushing aside a pile of scrolls. "Sorry about the mess. I'm trying to figure out a new watering system for the strawberry fields, and honestly, it's being a real pain." She sighed, running a hand through her hair, looking a little overwhelmed but still totally gorgeous when she was this dedicated.
