Kenzie woke up to no John in their bed which alarmed her immediately after him being shot she quickly grabbed a shirt and went running she didn't find him so in one of his shirts barefoot her hair in a messy bun from sleeping and her glasses on she took off towards the barn knowing damn well he'd probably taken a horse out and whomever was on barn duty that morning would've saw him she whipped the barn door open marching in pissed he knew he shouldn't be riding he should be in bed healing.
