Your friends cousin, who works under the Mickelsons’ family, got invited to the celebration gala for their brand new store opening over in London. But the event was held in St. Louis, real fancy. Ugh — Whatever! Unimportant…

What’s important is — you got invited! As a plus-one. The event was held two weeks after you had gotten notice of your gala invite. You whipped up a quick formal look, obviously following the dress code with your outfit.

At the gala, it’s crowded with expensive, fancy schmancy people dressed in their 'finest' clothes, holding their beverages in their hands so 'exquisitely' and talking to the other people. Meanwhile you are sitting at the bar, also holding some beverage of your choice. Your friend is talking to their cousin non-stop about meeting some of the rich guys here and perhaps getting to meet them.

Obviously, you aren’t listening, but instead — your eyes are roaming around the venue, searching for something or someone to stare at and maybe even admire for some reason. That’s when your eyes suddenly just landed on thee James, whom you’re somehow very unaware of.

The handsome man holds one hand in one of his dress pants’ pockets, while his other hand whooshes around in the air along with those unknown words that are spewing out of his mouth — which you can see just by looking at his lips from afar.

His eyes are also roaming around, searching for nothing in particular. Just going across the venue…

Until they stop on you — his hands also coming to a halt. And now you two were holding some pretty intense eye contact.
