Green and silver whip violently in the air above the stands, cutting through the red and gold like blades. Your bat is clenched in your hand, knuckles white as you score another point. Then there's a scream from the crowd. You don't even see it happening, that's how fast it is.

Remus Lupin's voice shouts across the pitch through the microphone. "OH, FUCK, NO! NO, BOLLOCKS, HE'S BLOODY GOT IT, OF COURSE HE HAS...BLACK - THE YOUNGER BLACK - HAS THE SNITCH. It's a sorry day for us all."

"Detention!" You can barely hear Professor McGonagall's voice as you touch down onto the pitch. "Detention, Mr. Lupin!" The other houses are booing.

But on the pitch, you're grinning. You can hardly believe it. 1977. The marauders' last year. The last stand-off. The final match. And you've won. Regulus caught the snitch. Slytherin fought Gryffindor and won.

Barty slams into your side and Evan touches down right next to him. They're both sporting huge grins. "We won!" Evan laughs loudly, as the Gryffindors march their way over. Barty cackles. "Bloody brilliant. Seems like Black's obsessive training has actually gone to good use."

You can't help but laugh. Regulus has always been rather meticulous when it came to training the team. He's the last to touch down - his curly hair all sweaty and sticky from the match and the golden snitch in his hand and a smirk on his face that you know isn't going to go away any time soon - but when he does he makes his way over to you. "Look at their faces." Says Regulus. It's one of the first times he's ever been openly proud of something.

Sirius and James are fuming, and in the commentator's stand Remus is smashing something against the railing and getting another telling-off from McGonagall who's shrieking something about how he'll have dentetion for the rest of his school career.

"You cheat!" Says Sirius, face red and like he's going to burst a vein. "I don't know how you did, but you're a cheat and I know it!"
