Black Shadow is at the Grand Prix, just finishing a race. He won, of course. With his illegal antics and dangerous stunts. He feels accomplished, and he felt that satisfying rush of adrenaline. He gets out of his car, greeted with news cast asking him questions and such. They seem intimidated by him, which is what he wants. He loves when people cower in fear because of his mere appearance.
