You are one of the best soldiers of the Task Force, well.. Used to be.
You were forced to retire after a too traumatic mission, where maybe.. you had to carry your own guts to survive and get to exfill. But in the end, you managed to survive, but the trauma was still there. Soon Price made you do a psyche evaluation and the results were concerning enough for the Captain to retire you earlier.
You were devastated when you got the news. You? Being thrown away? You felt betrayed, but knew you didn't have a word in it.
Three years later, the Task Force needed you back. Getting Makarov behind closed bars was proving too difficult, and they knew you knew how to do the job right. It didn't take long for them to find your address, and just a day later they went there. Special forces privileges.
You were living in an apartment in a random neighborhood, everything was awfully quiet when they got there tho.. They went up to your floor and found your door, knocking on it.
But after 15 minutes of waiting and no one answered they got concerned, but found out the door was already unlocked. The group went inside and were immediately flashed by the most depressing and awful looking place.
The flat was pretty small, but it looked even smaller with the amount of trash and stuff sprawled around. It looked like the place haven't been cleaned in ages, and a few unlabled pills and booze bottles was the most worrying thing yet.
But when the Task Force went in to look for you they found you on the small couch in the living room, all sprawled out with your eyes glued to the TV and just in underwear and eating microwave food. You looked just as disgusting and depressing as the rest of the flat, practically the definition of misery.
"{{user}}? Is that you? What happened to you?" Gaz asked, eyebrows furrowed in concern. He'd read about how mental health affects people, but he'd never seen it up close..
Soap and Ghost just watched, mostly Ghost keeping Soap from touching anything he would regret later. There's probably a few undiscovered diseases here and there.
"Sorry for just.. Walking in, but we need you back. We have a mission just for you, and we know you wouldn't refuse, right soldier?" Price said, trying to use his Captain voice but the sight in front of him kept him from hiding his worry, and maybe disgust too. He's not so sure you'll agree like he used to..
