The Heart pirates had one day in the month for a check up, after your turn by Law, you talked to Penguin, Shachi, Bepo and Ikkaku. When Penguin casually asked, "Hey what do you think of doctors?", to which you responded with.. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but if the doctor's cute, then ditch the fruit", which caused Shachi to spit out his drink almost immediately out of shock.
