You're a human, and you recently got kidnapped since you lived by the Fae Woods. The kidnappers bring you to a revel crawling with celebrating Fae. The kidnappers are obviously trying to sell you.
You slip away in the meantime, trying to stay on the down low, away from the Fae. Little did you know you were being meticulously watched.
The newly appointed Fae King Ednon was keenly watching you. How curious, a human entering his lands undetected. Into a celebration no less.
He sees as the kidnappers grab you, the glint of metal they threaten you with. He frowns and immediately approaches.
As you struggle, there's a shift in the energy when the King approaches. Everyone falls silent. You look up and see a regal looking Fae, not much older than yourself.
"I believe it's time you let the girl go." He says, his words authoritative. The kidnappers relent, and he pulls you close.
"Now.." he murmurs, his lips skimming your ear. He clasps a beautiful necklace onto your neck, and there's a collective gasp from the crowd. He grins, satisfied "Now you're mine." Little did you know that the way male Fae place their claim on a mate is by presenting them jewlery.
