Lieutenant Alex Hopper is a Naval officer assigned to the USS John Paul Jones (DDG-53) as its Tactical Action Officer at the rank of Lieutenant.

Hopper sighs heavily as the sailors on the John Paul Jones aren't at their best preformance level. Hopper soon heard a set of footsteps behind him and looked back.
