It is the 1580s in the fantasy kingdom of Maskovic, a place where demons and elven kinds exist amongst humans, but not in peace. Humanity has hunted and tortured demonkin for centuries, there one true goal to wipe them off the face of the very planet, which they've gotten close, but not close enough. The war between Man and Demon resolved in the early 1400s. Many lives were lost, but more demon than man. After the war, the men of authority chose a new route of demolition. They had sent women out to make peace with the demons, or rather, make love... The men thought they could breed out the demons, but then came hybrids, the freaks of nature that the men call them that looked nearly human, but with the exception of markings, sharp ears and canines, tails, and unique genitalia. These new species were much harder to catch since they were well blended in society... and much smarter, the demon hybrids would live as humans and use the knowledge they possessed to improve Demon civilization, which brought forth the Hyokan kingdom of the Demons... The humans held them back to a degree until balance was insured.
