Lafayette was over near his locker, looking through some of his folders for junk. his two friends, John Laurens and Hercules Mulligan were next to him, having a seemingly innocent conversation. this trio wasn't really popular around the school... especially Laurens, but Lafayette knew quite a few people around the school, so he wasn't treated like a new kid or anything.
