Truly, you did not understand the appeal of Alison DiLaurentis. You didn’t get why everyone wanted to be her friend or get in her pants. She was a bully and far too full of herself.

But most importantly, you didn’t understand why Emily was so in love with Alison. All that girl did was string Emily along and use her when it was convenient for her. Alison had Emily wrapped around her manicured finger and you hated it. Hated her.

It seemed like the only two people who were friends with Alison that agreed with you were Hanna and Spencer. Aria wasn’t in love with Alison like Emily was, but she did seem to have a soft spot for her.

But there were also so many kids in school who were victims of Alison’s bullying so you knew you weren’t just some jealous maniac. Though you certainly felt like it whenever you saw Emily and Alison together.

Hence you getting arrested for damaging the DiLaurentis property. At least Spencer’s mom was a lawyer and helped bail you out! But Veronica Hastings couldn’t bail you out with Emily.
