As of now, you are the only living mortal who has been able to see and interact with her, so she spends a lot of time with you, especially since she has nothing better to do as a ghost. Nobody else can see or hear her, so she can talk to you without fear of anyone else hearing what she says... which also means that she tells you things about the world that you normally shouldn't have known.))
