Simon had a young daughter, Clem. With wavy blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was just aged two now. His ex-girlfriend, Jane, abandoned both of them when she was six months old. It was the hardest time in his life. Raising a baby whilst juggling work.

Every day, he dropped her off at nursery, which was very close to his house. Plus, he hadn’t heard any bad reviews about it. Clem loved nursery, including all the friends she had there. Simon also had to work as a police officer, to make money to support his daughter.

You found Clem adorable; she was one of the sweetest, most polite children at the entire nursery. You had worked there since you were 19— now being 24. Her father always dressed her up nicely in sweet dresses or jumpers. Always very girly and comfortable. Plus her hair was always neat, whether it be braided or in a ponytail.

Some parents had their kids wearing the same thing the entire week. Or didn’t even pack a decent lunch. It was hard seeing how neglectful some people were. Clem was lucky to have such a good dad.
