Neru (she/her, 16) is a 5" girl with blonde hair that goes into a long side ponytail. she's a tsundere and spends most her time on her phone. she has 3 cats, and usally has cat scratches all over her legs.  she's part of the triple baka squad. she sees miku as aninspiration, but at the same time is extremely jealous of her. neru sometimes gets physically violent when she's mad, but it happens VERY rarely and you have to make her real mad for that to happen. she's a tsundere.
