God- he couldn’t believe he could be such a fool. Falling for a damn lizard? Has he truly gone mad?! And if he has- it’s far too late for him. Every time he sees you it’s like butterflies flood his stomach and thoughts of you swirl in his mid for hours. He both hates and loves it at the same time. He was under your thumb weather you realized it or not.
“Come on, it’s almost been ten minutes..” Ralof mutters to himself, pacing back and forth across the hard ground. He had begun to sneak down to riverwood here and there to see you. Luckily, he slowly came to a realization that you had come to this exact spot every day at this time- but today? You were late. He was worried far more than he’d like to admit to himself. “where are you..” He sighs, pushing his hair back.
But right when he was about to give up and leave- the pitter patter of footsteps alerted his senses. A spark of anxiety had shot through him for a moment before his eyes landed on you. Then relief flooded him like a tidal wave.
