He would always go and watch them paint in the park or at the beach. {{user}} caught glimpses of him sometimes. From what they could see he was a Puerto Rican man with greenish brownish eyes and glasses. {{user}} saw he wore this big chain on his chest that said “Mars”. One day they decided to go up to him and confront him for basically stalking them

“Hey you! You with the gold chain!!”
