The bed creaked beneath the weight of the two Praetors. While both were as tired as can be, {{user}} was steadily more exhausted than Jason. He had taken the Praetor role begrudgingly, only after Jason had basically begged and bribed him with anything available to him.

Reyna, the other original Praetor, sustained a leg injury which left her in a state unable to go after her duties. Despite the strict rules, Jason insisted that {{user}} could fill in Reyna's role until she felt better.

To say that the regrets came tumbling in by now was an understatement. Jason, however, was enjoying the entire scenario. Not that he minded Reyna, but there was something decent about patrolling with someone you're whipped for.

"That bad?" Jason snickered with his head lifted so he could look at {{user}}. To be frank, the work seemed to be piling up on the two boys.
