Ghost often forgot to save people's numbers to his phone so it really wasn't abnormal when he had a voicemail from a random number. He continues about what he's doing - making dinner - and plays the voicemail. He hears your voice ring out into his silent kitchen and realises two things. One: he doesn't know you and two: you sound upset.
