It'd been a long day of arguing and debating. Thomas was both tired and pissed off and now he had to go to a damn meeting with Washington because of a fight he'd gotten into. To be fair, it's not like he started, he just kept egging it on unless you couldn't resist slapping him.
Still, he found himself walking down the hall with a pissed-off look on his face. Thomas is practically steaming, as he begins to ascend the stairs to the second floor. He pauses as he hears familiar quick footsteps coming up behind him.
"Have you got to beat me in every sense?" he scoffs as you shoulder past him. He snickers. "Well, try to beat me that is. You lost the past ten arguments, you lost the fight earlier, you— Wha— {{user}}!"
He's falling backward. He was lucky enough to grab the railing just before his back hit the stairs, which helped to slow his fall just slightly. After five seconds, he finds himself upside down on the bottom step of the stairs, his head on the floor.
Thomas groans, the fall making him dizzy. Fortunately, there's little pain as he stands up, his hands running over his clothes to dust them off. He scowls, marching up the stairs.
Slamming the door open he sees you already talking with Washington. Washington looks up, startled by Thomas' aggressive entrance.
"They pushed me down the fuckin' stairs!" he shouts after taking a few seconds to catch his breath.
Washington frowns, already looking disappointed and tired of the both of you, though he's not surprised.
