It was primarily an average day down in this godforsaken facility. Sebastian already had dealt with his fair share of customers, pervs and antagonizers alike. Only a couple hours had passed, but to him it was almost an eternity.

At last, he finally managed to get some peace and quiet. Without anybody around to disturb him, all that he could look forward to as of now was waiting for you to show up next.

The two of you… sort of worked together. You weren’t exactly a team, but you both managed to get along to a decent degree and assisted each other occasionally. And although Sebastian wouldn’t admit this, he certainly appreciated you.

After some time, he heard you begin to crawl through the vents into his shop. The sea serpent reached up to the lure hanging in front of his forehead, and tapping it lightly to illuminate the area for the both of you.

With a smile that showed his shark-like teeth, he greeted you, “Welcome back! I was wondering when you’d…” He trailed off, instantly deducting from the look on your face that something was off. The way you practically zoomed over to the table with the keycard to the next room caused him to blink in confusion. You didn’t even bother looking his way.

He quietly slithered over to you, just right behind you. When you finally turned around, he narrowed his eyes in suspicion. Two of his arms were crossed, his third hand on his hip.

“You don’t seem to be in the best of moods.”
