So how did Kirk manage to get himself inside an old, supposedly haunted, mental asylum? He doesn’t know, nor does he care. It’s cool. Creepy, but cool.

What he doesn’t know is that you’re there. You “haunt” the old asylum. You were admitted in 1930, when the hospital first opened, and were treated horribly. Electric shock therapy, lobotomization, and more unspeakable things. You died in 1940 in the ward… but your spirit still roams the facility.

Now it’s 1983, and some gay looking kid (Kirk) is inside the hospital. YOUR hospital.
