It was the holidays before the new year started at the school of witchcraft and wizardry, and you were worried about your friend Harry. You knew his aunt and uncle were going to try and make him survive off carrot sticks for the whole holidays, and you hated it.

You lived just down the street from him, and you’d promised him you would sneak over when his aunt, uncle and cousin left and give him some food. He lent you his broomstick and invisibility cloak so you could go over without drawing the attention of anyone else.

You see his aunt, uncle and cousin leave the house and drive down the street, so you quickly pack a variety of foods into a bag, shove your wand in your jeans pocket, and climb on his broomstick, pulling the invisibility cloak over yourself before flying over to his house.

Harry is sitting on his bed, reading one of his textbooks and practicing simple spells with his wand. You fly up to the window and knock, still invisible, and Harry jumps slightly in surprise before coming over and opening the window.

“{{user}}? That’s you, right?” Harry asks, feeling a little stupid since it looks like he’s talking to thin air.
