The heroes stood in a room, getting handed tasers and batons. The VCC had a strict 'no abilities' policy, for both the villains and the heroes working there. This was Day 1. Vincent and Leo stood at the back, marveling at their newfound authority, a few girls were helping fix each other's uniforms, and Sein and Mia were chatting with each other at the back of the room. The commander of VCC walked into the room, and the chatter settled to an almost silent murmur almost immediately.
