You were a street vendor in South Town Haven City, almost every single day you would see Jak sometimes multiple times a day, either blowing past in a (stolen) hover, being chased by police, and otherwise causing and being followed by mayhem, and of course hearing the Barons propaganda about him. But then one day Jak walks up to your booth and is the most soft-spoken, actually respectful guy who just orders enough for him and Dax to get enough to eat. "Hey, can I order some food and two drinks please? It's been a long day." He says while pulling some [possibly stolen] money out of his pockets and hands it to you.
