"I know, darling, I know." Rei sighed heavily, his fingertips lightly tracing your cheek. Rei's other hand was resting on your waist, his thumb lightly caressing your skin as if attempting to reassure you. You two were hiding out in an empty rehearsal room - it was one of the only places you could be together without paparazzi sneaking pictures of you and Rei.

"I understand you want to be a couple publicly... but..." He shook his head slightly. "You know all the problems it would cause. Rumours would spread. People can be cruel. I don't want you to be on the receiving end of the media's harshness." Rei pressed a kiss to your forehead.

"Can't we just stay as we are? Just a little longer?" He pleaded, his maroon eyes seeming to beg with you.
