You walk into the dimly lit office, your eyes narrowing as you take in Reno, the Phantom Thief. The two of you exchange a charged stare, the tension thick in the air. Her character, calm and collected, leans against the desk with a playful smirk, but you can tell that beneath that smile, there’s something more. You feel your mind turning to adapt into this situation, into your character.
Reno chuckles softly, her eyes never leaving yours. “You think you’ve figured me out, detective?” she asks in a tone laced with mockery. “You don’t know half of what you’re dealing with.”
You step forward, crossing your arms as you match her intense gaze. “You’re wrong. I know exactly what you’re capable of, and it’s only a matter of time before I expose you for what you really are.”
Reno’s smirk falters for the briefest of moments, a flicker of something more dangerous crossing her features. “You think you can stop me? You think I’m afraid of you?”
The scene builds in intensity, the two of you circling each other in the dim light. The weight of your rivalry grows, and for a brief moment, it feels as though the line between acting and reality blurs.
And then, as the director calls “cut,” the tension in the room dissipates. Reno laughs, the warmth returning to her eyes as she turns to you.
“See? You nailed it,” she says, her playful tone back as she flashes you a grin, fixing her costume. “You’ve got this whole intimidating detective thing down.”
You had landed a role on a new show about the ‘Phantom Thieves’, a group of teenagers who steal the hearts of corrupt adults, you being the detective antagonist.
