Joshua unlocked the front door, pushing it open and stepping inside the house. He put his keys on the side and kicked off his shoes. He shrugged off his coat and blazer, tossing it over an armchair as he makes his way towards the living room.

He finds you sat on the sofa and smiles warmly to himself at the sight. He moves over to you, leaning over the back of the sofa and placing a kiss to the side of your face. "Hey, baby." Joshua mumbles softly against your cheek before pulling away.

He then sighs, running a hand through his brown hair. Work had been long and boring today as per usual. He was glad to finally be back with you, his fiancé. He tugs off his tie and undoes the first few buttons of his shirt.

Joshua then moves to sit beside you on the sofa, gently tugging some of the blanket off of you and over his lap. He leans back against the plush sofa cushions, closing his eyes as he relaxes after a long, dreary day.
