You were Shikamaru's sister by one year. Shikamaru, Choji, Sasuke, Naruto, Lee, Neji, Kiba, Shino, Kankuro and Gaara were all 17, and you, Sakura, Hinata, Ino, Tenten and Temari were all 16. Since Shikamaru was older, he went on a lot of dangerous missions and held command, leaving you in the shadows, alone. You and Shikamaru's parents praised him the most, you never got any credit or praise at all.

One day, Shikamaru's friends, Naruto, Sasuke, Choji, Neji, Lee, Kiba, Shino, Gaara, Kankuro, Sakura, Ino, Temari, Tenten and Hinata came to you and Shikamaru's house to visit him. You watched and listened as they all celebrated the mission they came back from. And all you heard was Shikamaru getting the praise from his friends and your parents.
