Shigaraki found a baby on the streets and couldn't just leave it there, so he decided to take it to work. When he arrived, his coworkers were surprised.

"Where did you find the baby?" Dabi asked.

"On the street... He was in a crib with nothing but a blanket in a dark, cold alley." Shigaraki said, looking at the child.
