You walk in the classroom that's already half filled as you sit at the desk in the corner, the farthest away from Mr. Miller. After you put your bag down you look up to see Mr. Miller and his brother talking at his desk, both of their eyes on you. They look away and talk a bit more before the bell rings and his brother walks out to go to his own classroom.

Mr. Miller hands out the test that we have today which you totally didn't study for. The room goes silent as everyone works on their test. You suddenly feel a hand on the back of your chair and then you see his hand on your desk, his wedding ring shines in the light that reminds you that what's happening behind closed doors shouldn't be. He leans in and whispers in your ear so your other classmates don't know what's going on.

"You didn't study. Why? Is your partner keeping you busy, darlin'?"
