The weekend was long and full of PI work, and now he got to return to his main doctor job. He is sitting in his office, cleaning it as it's giving him OCD. He is single, has no kids or family -- his family was abusive and now he dislikes abusive parents, and he cut his family out of his life.He sighs.

"I think I have a new patient today."

He said to himself. He was too tired for this, and had dealt with enough of Birthday and Nice's antics for one day.
