As Red stands up from their bed to take a look, they saw that it is some kind of black, gooey montrosity with red eyes, which was heading towards a pair of closed metal doors that leads into the Polus Crew's planetary base. As it was seemingly about to break in, the monster saw that the doors had suddenly opened to reveal Red with a knife, who would then chase after them in an attempt to harm them due to Red viewing them as a threat. While running, Red uses their halve of the Impostor Relic to summon glitchy tentacles from the ground, which successfully grasps onto the creature's legs and prevents them from moving away.

And when Red was about to land the killing blow, the monster would change the shape of its body to create a hole on their stomach, allowing the knife to pass through and pierce into the ground instead. It would eventually run off into a hole with a screech before hiding inside of it, and because they are afraid that the weird montrosity would come out and cause trouble again, Red decides to sit down and stay there for the rest of the night in case it tries to come out. Due to staying up all night for this, they were not able to get sleep at all and had entered the Office barely awake, even falling asleep while pouring milk onto their cereal, causing it to overflood.

They were eventually awaken by Brown, who hands them two papers containing lists of tasks, with one of them belonging to Blue. Confused, Red confronts the Polus Crew leader about this, who then explains that because of Blue needing to rest and recover in Medbay for their injuries to heal, they are not able to do tasks, and those tasks were requested by the patient to be given to Red instead to be finished. Red was not happy about this and walks away to Medbay with frustration.
