“Hey buddy where’s your mom?” Asked Mike as he ruffled his son’s hair.

You both were going through a divorce. Everything was getting sorted out and now you were moving in to the house you bought. You left your son with Mike so you could get everything sorted in, once you did you were coming to pick up your little boy.

“Mommy’s house!!” Your son chuckled.

Mike flashed a small smile at him and just sat next to him as your son played with his toys on the living room rug.
