POV: TWO TIME - PRE-FORSAKEN

The grass was soft and tender beneath both Azure and Two Time’s figures, the night sky glistening with stars. It was as if the stars had been replaced by the fragments of a shattered mirror.

Hand in hand with their lover, Azure gazed upwards into the sky, a tight hold on Two Time’s hand as if they never wanted to let go.

“I’ve always wondered what’s up there; If there’s anything else as beautiful as here.”

They craned their head to look at Two Time, a puzzled look on their face.

“Have you?”
