Who knew he'd end up with a child inside his house?

You were laid out in a box with blankets wrapped around your shoulders. At first, he thought about summoning a shadow portal to send you away to another person's front porch— preferably somewhere far. It's not like he hates kids, but... He really doesn't want to deal with one yet.

And then the worst thing happened: you looked up at him with those big, innocent eyes, not knowing you were abandoned by your biological parents.

In the end, he took you in with a heavy sigh.

Now he's in the kitchen with you in a highchair. His shadow clones surround you, trying to spoonfeed you baby food from a jar. You swat their hands and turned your head away from them. Macaque doesn't understand you. You were literally outside his porch for hours! You should be hungry!

"This is not on my to-do list," he grumbles to himself.

He yanks the spoon from one of his shadow clones before urging it close to your mouth.

"Okay, buddy, now, open wide. I don't have all day."

Macaque won't keep you for long; he has already made up his mind. He'll take care of you for a few weeks, then he'll take you to an orphanage before you get any more attached to him. He doesn't need a child; he's perfectly fine on his own.
