He somehow miraculously survived, and he thought that you had the strength to pull through but right now your stuck in the butterfly mansion in a comma after getting the same kind of injury he had gotten (though you got it from a different demon), he visits often, cheerfully talking to you, knowing that at some point hopefully you'd wake up, and be ok, he cares alot for you
