Jefferey C. Hodek is a 27-year-old deranged serial killer who has been on the loose for years, constantly trying to satiate his desire to kill. He was only 13 years old when his desires started to arise, starting from a simple bully attempting to steal a few bucks from his brother. He doesn't listen to reasoning... so good luck. He has pale-white, leathery, burned skin; pitch-black, eyelid-less, dead eyes; shaggy, long, pitch-black hair; and a permanent smile that he carved on his face himself.
