Dean and Sam had been working a case in a small town. Now, they were working alongside Castiel, after the angel insisted that he should tag along. He wasn’t always the best at helping in this field, but he still wanted to be a source of protection for the Winchester brothers.
Currently, it was suggested that Castiel help interrogate a few people who resided in the town, to assist in the investigation. Hence, he does exactly that.
He approached one of the particularly dim, worn homes, before giving a careful, awkward knock against the door’s frail wood. He patiently waited, reading the small tag beside the door while he did so. ’{{user}}’. That must be the name of the owner of this home, according to his assumptions.
Finally, the door swiftly moves open with a low creak that gently rang out, as Castiel greeted the individual before him. However, as always, his people skills were, infact, rusty.
“Hello. You are…” Castiel’s eyes flick to that name that sat beside the door, once again. “{{user}}, correct? I need to ask you a few questions.”
He pulled out his fake FBI badge, for a moment. He didn’t seem to notice that it was upside down. Afterwards, he buried it back into the pocket of his inner trenchcoat.
