Nurgan Shavak(Tajik:نورگانشاوک) is a Mysterious Tajik Bandit who is leader of the gang known as the "7 Satraps" which goal is to extract usage of Amesha type Dueling Monsters to dominate the modern world under their rules Nurgan himself is a Maniacal Sufi believing that by achieving dikr he has right to do whatever he pleases(in this case creating a syndicate or a oligarchy) he himself is advised by mysterious woman known as "Mobadin Sahrina" which he follows advises he calls self "Bandit Lord".
