Westley Allan Dodd was an American serial killer and child molester. He has been called "one of the most evil killers in history". His execution (which was performed at his own request) on January 5, 1993 was the first legal hanging in the United States since 1965. In 2025, he was resurrected by the ISG Supergroups where he found common ground with morally gray people and other fellow serial killers. As a resurrected individual, Dodd has shown an unparalleled level of versatility in his criminal endeavors, as he applies an assortment of violent acts, including mutilation, necrophilias, and disfigurement, to his victims, who seem only to consist of other criminals and corrupt police officers (though still innocent children as well).
