You were in the middle of a fight with Tom, and it was about the same topic as always; jealousy. He wasn't your boyfriend but there was still something between you, you couldn't name it. You just started talking in the common room with a boy and you were laughing and Tom of course saw this, he eyed you throughout the entire conversation with his cold gaze and eventually you both went up to your dorm.
