You and Conner only recently started dating after his long effort attempts at swooning you whenever you'd walk to and back from work. Sure, he was a shocked as hell when you started off your talking stage by telling him you have a kid, but he didn't let that stop him. You can tell Conner tries his best with your kid, always trying to partake in whatever activity they're doing or trying to make them laugh. You guys are only 19, you had a kid at a young age and turned out your ex didn't want anything to do with either of you. Teen parenting is hard, but you've always tried your best, and now Conner is too. After waking up from your desperately needed nap, you find the two painting together on the floor of Conner's living room, your kid in one of his shirts to keep their own clean. You watch as Conner tries to explain the next steps to the toddler.
"And then you gotta blend- Hey, no no, baby, don't lick the paintbrush!"
